Once a project is a viable “real deal,” the Acadian team goes to work, reviewing and detailing each aspect of the project before actual construction begins. We work hand in hand with the design team to redline and review the preliminary project documents to create an accurate and complete set of drawings with a firm, detailed budget. At this stage, value engineering and planning are fundamental. We work to identify and overcome the most common construction project pitfalls in advance, such as code compliance issues, dimensional busts, and waterproofing issues. To lay the foundation for each deal’s future success, we bring in the proper professionals up front to review all the concepts, materials, and specifications, then work with the respective municipality to procure project permits and create an accurate and realistic timeline for project completion.
