Identifying issues before they become problems is one of the keys to our success. As an example, water leaks are one of the costliest issues that developers encounter. To combat this, we partner with an industry-leading third-party waterproofing consultant to provide envelope- specific plan reviews and site inspections of the building envelope before and during the facade work. Just this added precaution has been proven to save an extensive amount of time and budget overages.
