At Acadian, we develop and manage our own in-house assets as well as offer fee development services to owners. We provide full-scale development services, offering overall project strategy, site selection advice, due diligence, and market research and trends to help ensure each project is well conceived and meets or exceeds market demands. Our goal is to help our clients create viable, accurate construction documents and budgets and equip them with the tools necessary to ensure each project’s success.

Once a project is a viable “real deal,” the Acadian team goes to work, reviewing and detailing each aspect of the project before actual construction begins. We work hand in hand with the design team to redline and review the preliminary project documents to create an accurate and complete set of drawings with a firm, detailed budget. At this stage, value engineering and planning are fundamental.
