Development
At Acadian, we develop and manage our own in-house assets as well as offer fee development services to owners. We provide full-scale development services, offering overall project strategy, site selection advice, due diligence, and market research and trends to help ensure each project is well conceived and meets or exceeds market demands. Our goal is to help our clients create viable, accurate construction documents and budgets and equip them with the tools necessary to ensure each project’s success.
We can work with an owner’s design team or our own network of management professionals, engineers, and architects to create a complete set of construction documents and timelines, then create a comprehensive, conceptual overall project budget including both soft and hard costs. We then oversee each detail of the development process through permitting and beyond.
