Jim Ed Holmes

Principal & Founder

Jim Ed started Acadian Group with the intention to build a team of the best and brightest, able to deliver projects over and above all expectations, with a straightforward, transparent, and ethical approach. He manages all aspects of projects from entitlement to close out. This includes overseeing the overall operational performance, strategic development, and supervision of physical, financial, and human resources. He directs and supervises major capital expenditure prioritization and allocation. He is a Veteran of the United States Army and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
